This month's featured deal was a referral from one of our vendors in Edmonton, AB. The customer is a commercial laundry company that needed a new truck for deliveries. They wanted to have the piece ready to work for the new year, to transport laundry.

The owner of the company's CBR showed a recent collection and several other derogatories however, this did not affect his approval.

Once this customer decided on the piece of equipment he wanted to lease, the transaction moved very quickly. There was one minor delay in the process because the customer was unable to sign the lease documents in a timely manner, however once signed up, the lease was funded within days and with no down payment required. Only two (2) security payments in advance were due up front, as well as a small processing and per diem fee.
